Job summary

Saab Australia is seeking a Project Support Officer to provide project coordination, governance, reporting and administrative support to the DDG Leadership Team, helping deliver program objectives across cost, schedule, quality and compliance requirements.

Flexible work arrangements such as hybrid work from home / office will be considered for this role. Applicants must be Australian citizens and hold or be able to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance to NV1 level.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Project Management (desirable).
• 2–5 years’ administrative experience in a project environment (essential).
• Defence experience preferred.
• Strong administrative skills with a sound understanding of project lifecycles, documentation, standards and methodologies.
• Ability to work according to strict deadlines and manage various demands.

Responsibilities

• Provide project coordination and administrative support to the DDG Leadership Team.
• Support planning, coordination and delivery of program activities and key milestones.
• Track actions, risks, issues and deliverables to support project outcomes.
• Coordinate meetings, minutes and action tracking to support governance activities.
• Prepare project documentation, presentations, briefings and correspondence.
