Job summary

Palm Lake Group in Australia seeks an experienced Resorts Accounts Receivable Officer to provide essential admin support across our over-50s lifestyle resorts along the Eastern coastline. Based at the Southport head office, your role runs Monday to Friday in a small, supportive team.

You will handle invoicing for site fees and utilities, set up resident files, manage arrears, and assist with compliance and documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an administration or accounts-based role in a high-volume environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; RMS experience is a bonus.
• National Police Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Resort administration: manage administrative tasks for allocated resorts.
• Rent and utilities processing: set up, process, and receipt site fees and utility invoices.
• Resident management: set up site files, manage arrears and finalise agreements.
• Compliance and documentation: prepare rent increase letters, notices, and tribunal applications.
• Financial and general admin: banking, mail handling, and supporting caretakers, sales and residents.
