Job summary

Palm Lake Resort Bargara is seeking a highly organised Sales Administrator to join the Bargara team. This is a full-time, 2-year fixed-term role, working onsite Monday to Friday to support Sales Consultants and the Sales Manager.

You’ll manage contracts, client documentation, and office operations, with occasional weekend work. A National Police Clearance and valid driver’s licence are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative or customer service role.
• National Police Clearance required.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Positive, professional attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a busy environment.
• Current C Class Driver’s Licence.
• White Card (Construction General Safety Induction) or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to Sales Consultants and the Sales Manager.
• Prepare contracts, site agreements, and client documentation accurately.
• Manage the sales inbox, phone calls, and office correspondence.
• Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and online listings (realestate.com.au, downsizing.com.au).
• Coordinate stationery and marketing stock levels.
• Assist in preparing client packs, newsletters, and sales materials.
• Attend and minute sales meetings.
