Job summary

Palm Lake Group is seeking a Resorts Accounts Receivable Officer to support our over-50s lifestyle resorts along the Eastern coastline. This full-time role is based at our Southport Head Office, Monday to Friday within a small team.

You will handle resort administration, rent and utilities processing, resident file setup, arrears management, and compliance tasks using Excel and RMS. A national police clearance is required, and a proactive, client-focused approach is valued.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an administration or accounts-based role in a high-volume environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; RMS knowledge is a bonus.
• A National Police Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Resort Administration - Overall accountability for administrative tasks related to allocated resorts.
• Rent & Utilities Processing - Set up, process, and receipt site fees; manage invoicing and receipting for utilities.
• Resident Management - Set up site files for new residents, manage rent arrears, dishonours, and finalise site agreements.
• Compliance & Documentation - Prepare rent increase letters, breach notices, tribunal applications, and various resident communications.
• Financial & General Admin - Banking, mail handling, answering phone inquiries, and supporting caretakers, sales, and residents.
