GemLife is seeking a Resort Manager for the Elimbah resort in Queensland. The role focuses on day-to-day operations, delivering exceptional homeowner experiences, and building a welcoming community.

You will manage procurement, records, and reporting, while collaborating with the Regional Resort Manager to achieve service standards. A proactive, solutions-focused leader with strong communication skills will thrive in this hands-on role.

Qualifications

• Highly organised with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven ability to prioritise competing demands in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in resort, village, property, hospitality, facilities management, or similar roles.
• Current driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day resort operations ensuring an exceptional homeowner experience.
• Maintain a visible, approachable presence within the community and respond to enquiries promptly.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of homeowner records, data, and reporting.
• Manage procurement processes including purchase orders and approvals.
• Establish and maintain organised digital filing systems for operations.
• Keep compliance records and documentation up to date.
• Collaborate with the Regional Resort Manager to meet goals and service standards.
• Foster a positive, engaged, vibrant community environment.
