Job summary

GemLife is seeking an experienced Civil Construction Manager to oversee civil works across South East Queensland for luxury over-50s lifestyle resorts. You will lead a team, manage planning, procurement and site delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and within budget.

Reporting to the Head of Civil Operations, you’ll drive performance across multiple sites, optimise resource allocation and uphold GemLife’s high standards of quality and environmental compliance.

Qualifications

• Extensive civil construction experience including earthworks, services, structures and pavements.
• Senior leadership experience in Civil Construction Manager/Operations Manager roles.
• Ability to allocate plant, equipment and manpower across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple civil construction projects across South East Queensland.
• Develop and execute construction programs aligned with delivery objectives.
• Drive safety, quality, environmental compliance, budget and schedule performance.
