You will manage procurement, records, and reporting, while collaborating with the Regional Resort Manager to achieve service standards. A proactive, solutions-focused leader with strong communication skills will thrive in this hands-on role.

Qualifications

• Highly organised with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proven ability to prioritise competing demands in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in resort, village, property, hospitality, facilities management, or similar roles.
• Current driver’s license.

• Maintain a visible, approachable presence within the community and respond to enquiries promptly.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of homeowner records, data, and reporting.
• Manage procurement processes including purchase orders and approvals.
• Establish and maintain organised digital filing systems for operations.
• Keep compliance records and documentation up to date.
• Collaborate with the Regional Resort Manager to meet goals and service standards.

We are currently seeking a passionate and community-focused Resort Manager to join our team at our new Elimbah facility - establish yourself from the start!

Reporting to the Regional Resort Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of your resort, ensuring exceptional homeowner experiences, fostering a welcoming community environment, and supporting the delivery of operational excellence.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and creating positive experiences for homeowners every day.

About the Role

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort, ensuring a seamless and exceptional homeowner experience
• Maintain a visible and approachable presence within the community, building strong relationships with homeowners and addressing enquiries promptly and professionally
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of homeowner records, operational data, and reporting systems
• Manage procurement processes, including raising, issuing, and tracking purchase orders in line with operational requirements
• Establish and maintain organised digital filing systems that support efficient resort operations
• Maintain accurate registers, compliance records, and resort documentation
• Work closely with the Regional Resort Manager to ensure operational goals and service standards are achieved
• Foster a positive, engaged, and vibrant community environment

About You

• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Comfortable managing competing priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Strong systems capability, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with experience maintaining data and reporting registers
• Able to effectively prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines
• A confident and professional communicator who can build trusted relationships with homeowners, contractors, and stakeholders
• Proactive, solutions-focused, and willing to take ownership of outcomes
• Previous experience in resort management, village management, property, hospitality, facilities management, administration, or a similar environment
• Hold a current driver's licence
