Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Experience Host at our Flynns Beach team in Port Macquarie to welcome owners and guests and ensure a memorable visit. You will assist with registration, provide local area information, generate sales appointments, and collaborate with resort operations to deliver outstanding service.

Weekend and public holiday availability is required. The role emphasizes building rapport, upselling tours, and maintaining high standards of presentation and computer

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for customer service and local area knowledge.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Professional presentation and grooming standards.
• High levels of computer literacy; Opera PMS experience is advantageous.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and registering owners and guests.
• Providing information on local area attractions.
• Completion of department paperwork.
• Use of telephones, facsimiles and computers.
• Assist in tour generation to meet qualification specs.
• Meet guests and generate sales appointments for sales centers.
• Build rapport to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Coordinate with resort operations for smooth check-in.
• Articulate benefits of Travel + Leisure's community.
• Meet targets and KPI's; weekend/public holiday shifts required.
