Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Experience Host for our Coffs Harbour Resort. You will engage with guests, generate sales appointments, and build rapport to provide an exceptional vacation experience.

Role requires weekend/public holiday shifts and collaboration with resort operations to ensure seamless check-in and a smooth guest journey through Wyndham Destinations’ community benefits.

Qualifications

• Energetic, vacation loving individuals with marketing or customer service mindset.
• Willing to engage with prospective and existing members to showcase benefits.

Responsibilities

• Meet guests face to face and generate sales appointments for sales centers and via livestream.
• Establish rapport with customers to deliver an exceptional experience.
• Work with resort operations to ensure smooth check-in for owners and guests.
• Clearly articulate the benefits of traveling within Wyndham Destinations community.
• Meet targets and KPIs as set by the business.
• Availability for weekend and public holiday shifts.
