Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service in a hospitality setting.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with PMS systems, preferably Opera.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales appointments and welcome guests at the resort check-in.
• Build rapport to ensure a memorable guest experience.
• Coordinate with resort operations for seamless service.
• Explain benefits of the Wyndham Destinations community.
• Meet targets and KPIs set by the business.
