Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support/Community Services (Disability) or equivalent.
• Current First Aid & CPR.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Working with Children Check (if applicable).
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal and self-care support including hygiene, dressing, eating and meal preparation.
• Deliver light domestic assistance and support with daily living tasks.
• Facilitate community access including transport, shopping and social outings.
• Support skill development and personal growth aligned with support plans.
• Uphold privacy, empowerment and choice in a respectful, strengths-based manner.

What you’ll do

As a Support Worker, you’ll support people to live safely, independently, and with dignity by providing:

• Personal and self-care support including hygiene, dressing, eating and meal preparation
• Light domestic assistance and support with daily living tasks
• Community access support including transport, shopping, and social outings
• Skill development and personal growth opportunities aligned with support plans
• Respectful, strengths-based support that upholds privacy, empowerment, and choice
