Job summary

genU is seeking passionate and supportive Personal Support Workers in the Warrnambool area who are committed to empowering people with disability to live independently, build confidence, and achieve their goals. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide personal care, light domestic assistance, and community access support, all guided by individual support plans to promote dignity and autonomy.

Salary starts from $34.58 per hour plus applicable loading for a casual role in Victoria, with

• Skill development and personal growth opportunities aligned with support plans
• Respectful, strengths-based support that upholds privacy, empowerment, and choice

• Certificate III in Community Services (Disability) or equivalent
• Current First Aid & CPR
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working with Children Check
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
