Job summary

Plantation Homes is seeking a Construction Supervisor to manage around a dozen residential projects from slab to handover. You’ll coordinate trades, uphold quality, and ensure on-time delivery with strict WHS compliance and client communication.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising residential construction projects.
• Knowledge of construction processes and site management.

• Licence QBCC Site Supervisor or Open Builders required; depend on jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Manage around 12 residential projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate and motivate trades to keep projects on schedule.
• Maintain high workmanship standards and site presentation.
• Conduct quality inspections at key build stages.
• Ensure WHS compliance and building regulation adherence.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders throughout the build.
• Identify and resolve issues before they escalate.
• Keep projects on budget and on time while upholding quality.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Managing around 12 residential construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinating and motivating trades to ensure projects stay on schedule
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site presentation
• Conducting quality inspections at key stages of construction
• Ensuring compliance with WHS requirements and building regulations
• Communicating regularly with clients and stakeholders throughout the build journey
• Identifying and resolving issues before they become problems
• Keeping projects on budget, on time, and built to a standard you're proud to put your name against

• Has experience supervising residential construction projects
• Knows construction processes inside and out
• Can build strong relationships with trades and suppliers
• Is organised without being overly bureaucratic
• Has a sharp eye for quality and detail
