CV2ME Pty Ltd is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead residential builds across the bayside and eastern suburbs of Brisbane. You’ll manage projects from site start to handover, coordinate trades, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality finishes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience supervising residential construction.
• QBCC licence or trade background highly regarded.
• Strong knowledge of QBCC requirements, WHS, and compliance.
• Experience running multiple homes at once within time and budget.
• Proven leadership and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential builds from start to handover in Brisbane bayside/eastern suburbs.

The Role

As Supervisor, you’ll take charge of residential builds across the bayside/ eastern suburbs of Brisbane, managing homes from site start through to handover.
You’ll coordinate and oversee trades, maintain site safety and compliance, and deliver homes on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
Strong communication with clients, head office, and trades is key, and your ability to solve problems on the spot will keep jobs moving smoothly.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience supervising residential construction
• Trade background or QBCC licence highly regarded
• Strong knowledge of QBCC requirements, WHS, and compliance
• Experience running multiple homes at once within time and budget
• Confidence with Onsite Companion and other digital site management tools
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients, trades, and suppliers
