Job summary

The Thorndale Foundation is actively seeking a Residential Services Manager to lead disability services across residential and community settings in NSW. You will ensure high-quality, person‑centred supports while maintaining strong operational, financial and compliance outcomes.

You will lead a team of Residential Team Leaders and collaborate with NDIS Claiming, Corporate Services and Executive Leadership teams to drive strategy, quality, and service growth within a respected not-for-profit

Qualifications

• Experience in an NDIS administration, operations or service management role.
• Strong understanding of NDIS funding, line items and service utilisation.
• Knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and Quality & Safeguards requirements.
• Experience managing Team Leaders or equivalent leadership positions within disability services.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading and enhancing residential service delivery.
• Driving person-centred approaches and best practice disability support.
• Maximising NDIS funding opportunities and service sustainability.
• Supporting Team Leaders to deliver quality outcomes for participants.
• Leading NDIS Quality and Safeguards compliance activities.
• Managing reportable incidents, restrictive practices oversight and quality improvement initiatives.
• Contributing to organisational strategy and service innovation.
