Job summary

The Thorndale Foundation is actively seeking a Residential Services Manager to lead disability services across residential and community settings in NSW. You will ensure high-quality, person‑centred supports while maintaining strong operational, financial and compliance outcomes.

You will lead a team of Residential Team Leaders and collaborate with NDIS Claiming, Corporate Services and Executive Leadership teams to drive strategy, quality, and service growth within a respected not-for-profit

Qualifications

• Experience in an NDIS administration, operations or service management role.
• Strong understanding of NDIS funding, line items and service utilisation.
• Knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and Quality & Safeguards requirements.
• Experience managing Team Leaders or equivalent leadership positions within disability services.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will provide leadership across residential and community services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred supports while maintaining strong operational, financial and compliance outcomes. You will lead a team of Residential Team Leaders and work closely with NDIS Claiming, Corporate Services and Executive Leadership teams.

Key responsibilities

Leading and enhancing residential service delivery

Driving person-centred approaches and best practice disability support

Maximising NDIS funding opportunities and service sustainability

Supporting Team Leaders to deliver quality outcomes for participants

Leading NDIS Quality and Safeguards compliance activities

Managing reportable incidents, restrictive practices oversight and quality improvement initiatives

Contributing to organisational strategy and service innovation

About you

Experience in an NDIS administration, operations or service management role
