Job summary

Scope Australia in Warrnambool is seeking a House Supervisor (DDSO3A) to lead a small team and manage rosters in a permanent full-time role. You will provide warm, person-centred support and follow approved behaviour plans to help participants belong and thrive.

You will hold an Advanced Diploma in Disability/Community Sector Management or equivalent, with checks (NDIS, WWC) and First Aid/CPR. The role offers a competitive hourly rate, salary packaging, leave options, and development

Qualifications

• Advanced Diploma in Disability/Community Sector Management or equivalent.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
• Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate.
• Current Australian working rights (international checks if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Manage a small staff team and roster management.
• Provide warm, respectful, person-centred support.
• Follow behaviour support strategies and safety procedures.
• Support participants with daily living, health routines, and community access.
• Use calm communication and de-escalation to manage behaviours of concern.
• Work confidently and independently with structured support plans.
• Maintain documentation and communicate with the wider team.
• Bring patience, reliability, and a calm, supportive approach to every shift.
