Qualifications

• Experience in building, construction, loss adjusting, or property claims.
• Ability to interpret scopes of work and assess repair requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent decision-making skills.
• Claims experience within insurance is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of minor property claims through the desktop assessing process.
• Reviewing scopes of work, documentation, and claim information.
