Job summary

Evolve Talent is seeking an experienced Residential Aged Care Facility Manager in the Whitsundays region (Mackay). You will lead day-to-day operations, drive quality care, and ensure accreditation standards while maximising revenue and staff performance.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will mentor clinical leads, manage budgets, HR processes, and promote a safe, person-centred environment. AHPRA RN with leadership background is required; salary packaging and relocation support are offered.

Qualifications

• RN with leadership experience and able to drive accredited standards

About the Role:

Reporting to the Regional Manager and working collaboratively with your clinical lead your main responsibilities will include: ensuring the delivery of high quality person centred care, the maximisation of revenue and ensuring accreditation standards are met and maintained.

You will be an experienced, self-motivated and proactive manager, who has a proven track record within an operational capacity including the achievement of financial budgets, implementation and continued development of standards and procedures and promoting productivity of your team members across the facility through your management style and knowledge of HR standards.
