Evolve Talent is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, person-centered clinical care to residents in this medium-sized aged care service. You will work collaboratively with the leadership and clinical teams to ensure residents are included in daily care decisions and that quality standards are met and documented.

Seeking applicants with AHPRA RN registration and aged care experience; strong communication skills and willingness to engage with AN-ACC funding.

Qualifications

• AHPRA RN registration with Australian aged care experience.
• Understanding of aged care standards & quality indicators.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding or willingness to learn AN-ACC funding system.
