Job summary

Evolve Talent is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide person-centered clinical care to residents in a medium-sized aged care service in New South Wales. You will work with the leadership and clinical teams to ensure that residents are included in daily care decisions and documentation is completed accurately.

• AHPRA RN registration with Australian aged care experience
• Understanding of aged care standards & quality indicators
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding or willingness to learn AN-ACC funding system

• Review, update & accurate completion of resident documentation
• Ensure a safe home environment for all residents
• Support with funding (AN-ACC) assessments & documentation
• Mentor, training & leadership of care team members

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in providing high-quality person-centered clinical care to all residents within this medium-sized care service.

Working collaboratively with your leadership team & other clinical team members you will ensure each resident feels included in daily decisions of their care & Lifestyle needs, ensure quality standards are met & maintained & support with accurate completion of all relevant documentation.
