Job summary

Evolve Talent is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead a medium aged care service in NSW's stunning Mid North Coast. You will mentor a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care aligned with standards and individual care plans.

As a hands-on leader you will provide clinical guidance, improve risk and quality outcomes, and build trusted relationships with residents, families and external providers.

Qualifications

• AHPRA Registered Nurse registration with leadership experience.
• Experience achieving accreditation standards in aged care.
• Ability to identify and improve areas of clinical risk and quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical guidance to residents and care staff.
• Undertake resident assessments and case conferencing.
• Maintain and update relevant documentation.
• Motivate, train and develop clinical team members.
• Ensure compliance and quality indicators are met.

About the Role:

Step into a pivotal leadership role as Clinical Manager within a medium aged care service within NSW stunning Mid North Coast

Where you'll inspire, mentor and empower a multidisciplinary care team to deliver exceptional outcomes. You'll cultivate a culture built on excellence, accountability and continuous improvement, ensuring residents receive high-quality, person-centred care aligned with individual care plans, Aged Care Quality Standards, and regulatory requirements.

As a visible and hands‑on leader, you'll confidently provide clinical guidance when it's needed most supporting your team through complex care needs while championing best practice across the service.

Your ability to communicate with warmth and clarity will see you building strong, trusted relationships with residents, families and external providers. Through collaboration, transparency and genuine engagement, you'll ensure everyone plays an active role in shaping meaningful care plans and lifestyle goals

Main Duties

• Provide clinical guidance to residents & care staff

• Accurate completion, review & updating of relevant documentation
