Job summary

About the Role

Reporting to the Regional Manager and working closely with the Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care, maximising revenue, and ensuring accreditation standards are consistently met and maintained.

You will be an experienced, motivated and proactive manager with a strong operational background and a proven track record in achieving financial targets, implementing and continuously improving standards and procedures, and driving team performance and productivity. Your strong leadership skills, people management experience and knowledge of HR standards will enable you to build a positive, high-performing team culture across the facility.

Main Duties

• Day to day operations & management of the service
• Ensure occupancy levels are met & maintained through community engagement
• Finance & HR management
• Motivation, training & development of team members
• Ensure compliance & quality indicators are met in line with accreditation & industry standards
