Job summary

Evolve Talent is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide person-centered clinical care to residents in a Port Macquarie area care service. You will collaborate with leadership and clinical teams to involve residents in daily care decisions and maintain quality standards.

Responsibilities include documentation, safety, AN-ACC funding support, and mentoring the care team. Permanent full-time and part-time contracts with flexible shifts are available, with excellent hourly rates and NFP benefits.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA and Australian aged care experience.
• Understanding of aged care standards and quality indicators.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding or willingness to learn AN-ACC funding system.

About the Role:
