Job summary

Evolve Talent is seeking an experienced Nursing Leader for a medium-sized residential aged care facility in the Dubbo region of NSW. You will report to the Regional Manager and collaborate with the Clinical Lead to deliver person-centred care, maximise revenue, and ensure accreditation compliance.

Lead a high-performing team, drive continuous improvement, and manage HR, finances, and operations while offering flexible working arrangements and strong staff development opportunities.

Qualifications

• AHPRA Registered Nurse registration with previous leadership experience.
• Experience achieving accreditation standards.
• Ability to identify and improve clinical risk and quality guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the service.
• Ensure occupancy levels and quality indicators meet standards.
• Lead finance and HR management and staff development.
