Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Proven experience managing a medium to large residential aged care facility (100+ beds).
• Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC funding, and governance frameworks.
• Demonstrated success leading accreditation processes and achieving quality outcomes.
• Exceptional people leadership with a track record of high-performing teams.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially astute Residence Manager to lead a large residential aged care service, overseeing a substantial workforce, complex clinical operations, and a significant resident community.
