Complete Staff Solutions is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager/Educator to join our client in Yeoval, NSW. This is a full-time role that combines clinical leadership with education to drive excellence in residential aged care.

Based in Yeoval, NSW, between Dubbo and Orange, you will lead clinical operations, develop and deliver staff training, mentor the team and ensure compliance with aged care standards while delivering improved resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current registration with AHPRA as an RN.
• Minimum 5 years post-registration clinical experience.
• Proven in clinical management, supervision or teaching roles.
• Experience developing and delivering clinical education programmes.
• Strong knowledge of aged care standards and compliance.
• Commitment to professional development (CPD).
• First Aid certification current.
• Ability to obtain satisfactory criminal history checks.

About the role

Complete Staff Solutions is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager/Educator to join our client in Yeoval, NSW. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to lead clinical excellence and drive educational initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of patient care whilst developing and mentoring a clinical team.

Based in Yeoval NSW, meeting between the stunning regional towns of Dubbo and Orange, this role combines clinical leadership with educational responsibility, making a meaningful impact for both residents and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with aged care standards, regulations and best practice guidelines
• Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing and care staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Develop, implement and deliver clinical education and training programmes for staff members at all levels
• Mentor and coach nursing staff, supporting their professional development and career progression
• Conduct regular clinical audits and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes
• Monitor and evaluate staff competency, identifying training needs and addressing performance concerns

What we’re looking for

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) with AHPRA
• Demonstrated experience in aged care nursing with 5 years post registration clinical expertise
• Proven experience in a clinical management, supervisory or educational role
• Experience in developing and delivering clinical education and training programmes
• Strong knowledge of aged care standards, regulations and compliance requirements
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with aged care best practice
• Certification in First Aid (current)
