Job summary

BGIS is seeking Handy People to deliver general maintenance and minor repairs across residential properties in South-East Melbourne. Reporting to the LMRC Team Leader, you will perform preventative and corrective tasks, ensuring safety, quality, and tenant satisfaction.

This 100% site-based role requires practical hands-on ability, strong customer service, and the ability to work across multiple locations with a current driver’s licence and White Card.

Qualifications

Experience in general maintenance or facilities management.
Strong safety awareness and problem-solving skills.
Valid Australian Driver's Licence and White Card.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Carry out preventative and corrective maintenance on residential properties.
Undertake basic repairs across multiple trades on site.
Complete work orders safely, accurately, and on time.
Record materials used and work details in management systems.
Maintain safety and compliance across properties.
