BGIS seeks a Works Supervisor to coordinate maintenance, upgrades and project works across South-East Melbourne residential properties. This 100% site-based role reports to the Operations Manager and involves working with trades, subcontractors and clients to achieve safe, quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate has practical trade knowledge, builds strong relationships and can plan, schedule and inspect works within core business hours.

Competenze

• Experience supervising residential maintenance, upgrade or construction works.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and trade service providers.
• Practical building and trade knowledge.
• Experience conducting inspections, audits or quality reviews.
• Strong planning, organisation and communication skills.
• Understanding of workplace health and safety and quality requirements.
• Experience using work order or audit management systems.
• Trade qualification in Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, General Building or a related discipline.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence
• Construction Industry White Card
• Full working rights in Australia

• Coordinate maintenance, upgrade and project works across residential properties.

• Conduct initial, progress and final inspections.
• Provide practical technical guidance on maintenance and building works.
