Job summary

Landmark Group is seeking an Acquisitions Executive in Sydney to drive identification of residential development opportunities. The role is prospecting-led, focused on researching sites, contacting landowners and agents, and arranging meetings to uncover off-market opportunities.

You will work with an experienced acquisitions team to build a robust pipeline and support transactions across the project lifecycle in a fast-paced, office-based environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate, development-site sales, buyer's agency or commercial property.
• Proven outbound prospecting, cold calling or lead generation.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Resilience to handle rejection and continue following up.

Responsibilities

• Researching and identifying potential residential development sites.
• Prospecting landowners, agents and other property stakeholders.
• Making outbound calls and arranging introductory meetings.
• Building relationships with property owners over time.
• Completing preliminary site, planning and market research.
• Maintaining an active acquisition pipeline and consistent follow-up.
• Preparing opportunity summaries and supporting transactions as they progress.
