Job summary

Crown Sydney is seeking a Residential Concierge to deliver elevated guest experiences across a luxury residence. You will coordinate bookings, assist residents, and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure seamless service.

Flexibility to work a 24/7 rotating roster is required, with full-time permanent employment and staff benefits including meals, staff discounts, and uniform provision.

Qualifications

• Experience in a frontline hosting role within hotel, hospitality or residential settings.
• Ability to deliver superior service in a luxury environment.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams).
• Ability to manage multiple communication channels and technology.
• Permanent and unrestricted Australian working rights.
• Understanding of PMS systems such as MYBOS or OPERA is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Actively contributing to efficient daily operations at the Residential Concierge desk.
• Provide accurate, timely information and guidance to guests, residents and visitors.
• Respond to special requests, process payments, and handle queries.
• Enter data in MYBOS and Opera with accurate record history.
• Collaborate with Bell Services, Front Office, Villas, Gaming and F&B teams.
• Conduct daily tours of Crown Sydney observation deck and share insights.

As a Crown Ambassador, you’ll provide elevated service experiences for all guests and visitors, ensuring the needs and requirements of our residents are fulfilled, and every interaction is seamless and memorable. From coordinating restaurant and amenity bookings to facilitating access to residential services, you'll work closely with teams across the property to create exceptional end-to-end experiences.
