Job summary

Crown Resorts in Sydney is seeking a full-time Butler to elevate service for VIP guests and on-site residents at Crown Towers Sydney.

You will be the main contact for VIP guests, delivering tailored services and coordinating F&B and events, while working with Front Office, Concierge, VIP Gaming, and maintenance teams. The role requires attention to detail, excellent stakeholder relations, and flexibility to work a 24/7 roster; RSA certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role at a premium or luxury venue.
• Ability to provide tailored and bespoke customer experiences to VIP clients.
• Exceptional stakeholder and customer relations skills with ability to build rapport quickly.
• Ability to use technology and be adaptable to different software applications.
• Strong time management, organisational and communication skills.
• A current RSA certificate (or be willing to obtain prior to commencement).
• Able to work across a 24/7 roster when required.

The role Crown Towers Sydney is looking for an exceptional hospitality professional to join as a full-time Butler.

Working in Sydney's most luxurious property, you'll deliver elevated levels of service that exceed all expectations for our VIP & Villa guests, as well as our on-site residents of One Barangaroo.

We're looking for someone who is meticulously detail-oriented and is passionate about providing bespoke guest and resident experiences that are second-to-none.
