Central Highlands Rural Health – Trentham VIC is seeking a Lifestyle Coordinator on a fixed-term, part-time basis to support residents with engaging activities. You will design, coordinate and implement programs and work with lifestyle assistants across a 7-day roster to deliver meaningful activities.

Responsibilities include planning activities to promote physical, social and emotional wellbeing, with opportunities to contribute to resident support beyond scheduled hours.
