Central Highlands Rural Health Service – Trentham VIC is seeking a Lifestyle Coordinator for Trentham Aged Care on a fixed term, part-time basis. The role covers 8 hours per week as a coordinator, with additional hours directed to resident support and program execution.

Under the Nurse Unit Manager, you will design and implement programs to engage residents and work with lifestyle assistants across a 7-day roster, promoting physical, psychological and social wellbeing.
