Job summary

Trentham Aged Care, part of Central Highlands Rural Health, is seeking a Lifestyle Coordinator on a fixed term, part-time basis to design and deliver engaging resident programs.

You will work under the Nurse Unit Manager to coordinate lifestyle activities and support a small team, across a 7-day roster, ensuring activities support physical, psychological, social and emotional wellbeing of residents.

• Design, coordinate and implement lifestyle activities to engage residents in meaningful programs.
• Support and work with a team of lifestyle assistants across a 7 day roster.
