Central Highlands Rural Health Service – Trentham VIC is seeking a Lifestyle Assistant to join Trentham Aged Care on a fixed-term, part-time basis. You will help design and deliver lifestyle activities that engage residents in meaningful programs and support their wellbeing.

Under the Lifestyle Coordinator, you will contribute to activities that promote physical, psychological, social and emotional health, bringing passion for caring and a real difference to residents’ lives.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Ability to participate in lifestyle activities with residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design and implementation of lifestyle activities for Trentham Aged Care residents.
• Deliver programmes to support physical, psychological, social, and emotional wellbeing.
• Collaborate with Lifestyle Coordinator to engage residents in meaningful activities.
