Job summary

Central Highlands Rural Health in Victoria is seeking a part-time Lifestyle Coordinator at Trentham Aged Care on a fixed-term basis. The role involves designing, coordinating and implementing lifestyle activities to engage residents and enhance wellbeing.

You will support and work with a team of lifestyle assistants across a 7-day roster, delivering programs that challenge and enrich physical, social, and emotional health, with additional hours directed to resident support.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and coordinating group activities for older adults.
• Ability to work with care staff to deliver engaging programs.

Trentham Aged Care have an exciting opportunity for a Lifestyle Coordinator to join the team on a fixed term - Part Time basis.8 hours per week as coordinator with any additional hours to be direct to resident support and actively running programs with residents.Under the direction of the Nurse Unit Manager at Trentham Aged Care, you will design, coordinate and implement lifestyle activities to engage residents in purposeful and meaningful programs.
