Job summary

Anglicare is seeking a part-time Resident Services Coordinator to connect residents with personalised services and meaningful engagement. You’ll be the first point of contact for residents, families and supporters, coordinating Everyday Plus services, bookings and invoicing to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience that respects individual needs.

Based at Porter Lodge, Minto, you’ll partner with site leaders to refine services, resolve enquiries and support continuous improvement while

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or residential aged care.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with residents, families and staff.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities for bookings, service delivery, invoicing and reporting.
• Proactive problem solving and ability to escalate appropriately when required.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for residents, families, representatives and supporters.
• Coordinate Higher Everyday Living services within Residential Care Homes, including bookings and invoicing.
• Guide residents through service selection and manage agreements to ensure a seamless experience.
• Collaborate with site leaders to refine services and contribute to continuous improvement.
