Anglicare Sydney is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to support residents in our residential community. This permanent part-time role (6 hours/day, Monday to Friday) based in Porter Lodge, Minto, NSW, centres on coordinating Higher Everyday Living services, guiding residents, and ensuring a personalised, high-quality experience.

You will liaise with residents, families and staff, manage bookings and invoicing, and drive continuous improvement with site leaders.

Qualificações

• Customer service mindset with a residents-first approach.
• Excellent communication with residents, families, staff and stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills: coordinating agreements, bookings, invoicing and reporting.
• Proactive problem-solver; handles enquiries and escalations effectively.
• Comfort with using IT systems and databases; SME for relevant IT platforms.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality resident experiences using feedback and insights.
• Understanding of aged care compliance, privacy and standards.
• Collaborative approach to drive service improvements and innovation.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and coordinate Higher Everyday Living services within Residential Care Homes.
• Guide residents through service selection, manage agreements, bookings, and service delivery.
• Handle invoicing, reporting, and ensure a seamless, high-quality resident experience.
• Act as subject matter expert for Everyday Living IT systems and support staff and residents.
• Work with site leaders to refine services and identify opportunities for improvement.
