Anglicare in Sydney's Porters Lodge, Minto, seeks a part-time Resident Services Coordinator to be the heart of resident care. You will welcome residents and families, coordinate Everyday Living services, guide service selection, manage bookings and invoicing, and ensure a high-quality resident experience.

You'll work closely with site leaders, resolve enquiries with empathy, and contribute to service innovation, compliance, and continuous improvement while upholding privacy and safety standards.

Formación

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or residential aged care.
• Strong resident-first mindset with excellent communication.
• Ability to manage bookings, agreements, invoicing and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Higher Everyday Living services within residential care homes.
• Guide residents through service selection and manage agreements and bookings.
• Coordinate service delivery, invoicing and reporting with care and precision.
• Resolve enquiries or escalated concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with site leaders to refine services and drive improvement.
