Job summary

UniLodge Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator - Reservations to front-line the resident experience at our Canberra properties. You will handle enquiries, show rooms, and support leasing and property services to ensure smooth operations and high occupancy.

The role emphasises strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving to deliver excellent service to residents and owners alike.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and/or reception is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good attention to detail and solid computer skills.
• A proactive, caring attitude and a willingness to help residents.

Responsibilities

• Operate day-to-day front desk reception with a focus on resident experience.
• Assist residents with enquiries related to residency, studies, and wellbeing.
• Complete check-in/check-out process for residents.
• Assist with leasing and property management of rooms/apartments.
• Conduct room shows to prospective tenants.
• Coordinate with maintenance, cleaners, security for smooth service.
• Aim to achieve budgeted occupancy figures and manage arrears.
