• Ability to work weekdays and weekends

Responsibilities

• Create a friendly environment and deliver a positive resident experience
• Assist with enquiries related to student residency, studies, general needs and wellbeing
• Monitor and report concerns related to resident safety and wellbeing and escalate as needed
• Coordinate and execute administrative duties (mail, filing, etc.)
