Job summary

UniLodge Australia is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator on a casual basis in the ACT. You will welcome residents, handle enquiries about residency and wellbeing, and help maintain a safe, friendly living environment.

You should have a background in reception or hospitality, strong communication, and comfort with learning new computer systems. The role offers variety, on-site duties, and opportunities for development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in reception or hospitality helps in this role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create a friendly environment and deliver a positive resident experience.
• Assist with enquiries related to student residency, studies, general needs, and wellbeing.
• Monitor and report safety and wellbeing concerns and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate and perform administrative duties (mail, filing, etc.).
