Job summary

UniLodge Brisbane City is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator – Reservations to be the first point of contact for residents and prospective customers, delivering a consistently high standard of service across front desk, phone and email enquiries. This role exists to ensure a seamless resident experience while effectively managing reservations and supporting occupancy outcomes for the property.

Qualifications

• Hold or be able to obtain a current Registration Certificate with the Office of Fair Trading.
• Passion for customer service and creating positive resident experiences.
• Strong communication skills to engage with a diverse community.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Valid National Police Check and unrestricted working rights.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly face of the property – support residents and guests, answer enquiries and deliver a positive experience daily.
• Handle enquiries, manage reservations and waitlists, and work to achieve occupancy targets for UniLodge Brisbane City.
• Keep reception running smoothly – answer calls and emails, resolve issues, ensure professional interactions.
• Assist with room tours, check-ins/check-outs, inspections, and maintenance requests.
• Help create a welcoming environment by supporting resident events, wellbeing and day-to-day engagement.
