Job summary

UniLodge Australia seeks a pivotal leader to elevate front desk services and drive occupancy outcomes. You will be the main contact for residents, staff, and stakeholders, resolving issues with care and guiding seamless daily operations.

You will own the leasing journey, recruit and mentor the Customer Service and Residential Advisor team, and deliver meaningful resident experiences through events and life programs while upholding safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience in hospitality or student accommodation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with administrative systems and technology.
• Proven ability to manage front desk and leasing processes.

Responsibilities

• Champion a warm, professional front desk experience and resolve guest issues swiftly.
• Own the leasing journey from enquiry to move-in to maintain high occupancy.
• Recruit, train, and mentor the Customer Service and Residential Advisor team.
• Deliver resident experiences through events and the Residential Life Program.
• Maintain safety, policy compliance and reporting; support continuous improvement.
