BlueCare Aged Care Facilities is seeking a Resident Experience Manager to lead wellness, dining, hospitality and home services across a portfolio of residential aged care homes in Queensland. You will drive resident experience standards and champion person-centred programs that promote dignity and quality of life.

You will collaborate with Residential Service Managers, Home Services Leads and multidisciplinary teams to deliver engaging programs, quality cleaning and dining experiences, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a health or aged care related field and leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across multiple sites.
• Strong understanding of resident-centred care and customer experience frameworks.
• Current Queensland Driver Licence and ability to pass probity checks.

Responsabilités

• Drive resident experience standards across wellness, dining, cleaning and laundry services.
• Lead Home Services Leads and Wellness Leads to deliver outstanding resident outcomes.
• Enhance resident wellbeing with meaningful wellness programs and engaging dining experiences.
• Oversee service quality, audits, complaints and continuous improvement activities.
• Collaborate with operational and clinical leaders to align with resident needs and standards.
