BlueCare seeks a Resident Experience Manager to lead resident experience initiatives across a portfolio of aged care homes. Youll drive wellness, dining, hospitality and home services, champion quality of life, and collaborate with multiple teams to deliver person-centred programs.

You will supervise Home Services Leads and Wellness Leads, ensuring dignified mealtimes, safe environments, and high standards of service across sites, while navigating regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Services, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Aged Care or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in aged care, hospitality, wellness or residential service delivery.
• Knowledge of resident-centred care principles and customer experience frameworks.
• Experience managing quality systems, audits and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee resident experience initiatives across a portfolio of residential aged care homes.
• Support delivery of person-centred wellness programs, dining, cleaning and laundry services.
• Drive continuous service improvements, complaints management and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with operational and clinical leaders to align services with resident needs and regulatory requirements.
• Utilise data and feedback to identify opportunities to improve resident outcomes.
