Job summary

UnitingCare Children, Young People and Families—Brisbane region is seeking a Resident Experience Manager to lead wellness, dining, hospitality and home services across a portfolio of BlueCare aged care homes. You will drive person-centred programs, hospital-grade dining experiences and a high standard of cleaning and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level qualification in health services, hospitality, business admin, aged care or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership in aged care, hospitality or wellness services.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across multiple sites.
• Strong understanding of resident-centred care principles.
• Experience with quality systems, audits and complaints processes.
• Knowledge of food safety, wellness programming, cleaning, infection control and safety.
• Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive consistent resident experience standards across wellness, dining, cleaning and laundry services.
• Lead Home Services Leads and Wellness Leads to deliver outstanding resident outcomes.
• Enhance resident wellbeing through meaningful, engaging wellness programs.
• Champion dining and hospitality to promote dignity, choice and enjoyment.
• Oversee service quality, audits, complaints management and continuous improvement.
• Partner with operational and clinical leaders to align services with resident needs and standards.
• Use data and performance metrics to identify opportunities to improve outcomes and delivery.
