UniLodge is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to be the face of our community in Brisbane. You will welcome residents, guests, and visitors, handling enquiries with professionalism and warmth while coordinating move-ins and leasing tasks.

You will collaborate with maintenance, cleaning, security, and contractor teams to resolve issues quickly and provide a seamless living experience. A Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice or willingness to obtain is preferred, along with strong

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, reception, hospitality, retail, or front office experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
• Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
• Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (or willingness to obtain).
• Availability to work 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with enquiries and coordinate solutions.
• Support move-ins and leasing administration.
• Provide welcoming, professional customer service to residents, guests, and visitors.
• Coordinate with maintenance, cleaning, security, and contractor teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Handle day-to-day administration, mail management, and reception duties.
