UniLodge is seeking a passionate Customer Service Coordinator in Townsville to deliver exceptional resident experiences across our student housing portfolio. The role blends frontline customer service with enquiry handling and инициатив to support wellbeing in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Resilient and customer-focused with strong written and verbal communication.
• Background in reception or hospitality preferred.
• Eligible to work in Australia with Police Check and Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Create a friendly environment and deliver a positive resident experience.
• Assist with enquiries related to residency, studies, general needs, and wellbeing.
• Monitor and report concerns relating to resident safety and wellbeing and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate and perform administrative duties (mail, filing, etc.).
